PEYTON
STRICKLAND'S AUTOPSY
Peyton Strickland's autopsy
reveals that the bullet that struck the 18 year old Strickland
in the front of the head traveled through "an intermediate
target" prior to striking Mr. Strickland. Peyton was
facing his killer when he was shot.
• There was no alcohol
in Peyton's system when he died
• The head shot is what
killed him
• Evidence EMS attempted
resuscitation
• Both bullets past thru
the body
• Neither bullet was
found prior to the autopsy
• Bullet that struck
Peyton in the middle of the forehead was tumbling and traveled
in an up/down path thru the brain. The hole in the forehead
was 1 inch by 1.5 inches in size.
•
Powder, stippling and tattooing in the center of the chest
indicates an intermediate range gun shot wound and that the
door was open when this shot hit Strickland
NEWS
& OBSERVER BREAKING NEWS
The
bullet that hit Strickland in the chest was likely fired
from no more than 2 feet away.
This means that Strickland was potentially close enough to
touched by Deputy Long when he shot him in the chest. Considering
there must be room for the door to have swung open, it is
possible that Peyton was at the door when
he was shot in the head, falls backwards and is shot again
in the chest once the door was forced opened. Either that
or Long entered the house after shooting Strickland thru the
door and then shooting Strickland in the chest. But the official
statement is that Long never entered the house. Instead, according
to the official statement, Long backed off the stoop, into
the yard, and cried out for Jesus.

randomly selected this month to sit on the grand jury for

Dakota
Fanning,
12, pretends to be a 9 year old whose precocious behavior
leads her into a series of sexual episodes, one of which is
her rape by an adult. The indie drama, second one to deal
with child rape by writer and director, Deborah
Kampmeier.
According to the script,
obtained by the Blue Line back in June, the film opens with
the young actress pleading to a young male actor, with the
promise of a kiss, to show her his penis. The movie's climax
is a rape scene. The actress strips for a man and does an
Elvis style dance in return for tickets to see Elvis in concert.
The man (played by actor Chistoph Sanders) refuses to deliver
the tickets and rapes her instead. According to sources on
set, the filming was frontally lit and Dakota was clearly
visible as she was groped, licked, pawed and humped by an
actor take, after take, after take, all the while Dakota's
mom watched from a nearby monitor. (important
to note that since this was written the movie has been released
and no such graphic rape scene appears on camera)
North
Carolina State Law
(NCGS 14-190.16
(a) (4) ) which states that it shall be the First
Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a serious Felony Offense
in which records, photographs, films, develops, or duplicates
for sale or pecuniary gain material that contains a visual
representation depicting a minor engaged in sexual
activity.
The
Blue Line Radio has been told by law enforcement that there
is an official investigation into whether or not a crime was
committed in the making of this film. According to the law,
one merely has to record a fake act of sexual activity involving
a minor to be guilty of sexual exploitation of a minor. Whether
or not the film will show this in the final cut is inconsequential,
it is the recording of the act that is the crime.
After
some of the investors
pulled their financial support supposedly because of the
sexual content seen in some of the dailies, the film makers
re shot a scene, that we were told, showed Dakota with another
child fondling each other in acts of mutual masturbation.(this
is scene number 39 and
has been cut from the movie according to those who saw the
movie)
The
Blue Line Radio Show has been calling
awareness to this film as soon as we first learned of
the script, prior to filming. Unfortunately the outcry was
overheard by the Governor and State Legislators as they pushed
through an incentive
bill that would give tax money to the producers of Houndog
and other films shot in North Carolina.
Prior
controversial films shot
in Wilmington, North Carolina dealing with child sex: Bastard

NEWS REGARDING THE "INVESTIGATION" INTO HOUND DOG
The
Brunswick County Sheriff is investigating criminal allegations
regarding the production of the movie Hound Dog, staring 12
year old Dakota Fanning. A citizens' complaint of a possible
violation of law, as it pertains to the filming of Dakota
Fanning in several sexual scenarios, including one scenario
ending in the pretend rape of young Dakota as she acted the
part of a 9 year old, brought about an immediate response
by the Sheriff.

There
has been a good deal of discussion on the internet about the

FAMILY
OF MICHELLE BULLARD SPEAK OUT ON ABDUCTION
After
nearly ten long agonizing months the family of Julie Michelle
Bullard can be believed that their daughter was abducted now
that the body of their daughter has been discovered.
Frustrated
over rumors and innuendos the family has been vindicated for
saying, since hour one, that their daughter was indeed abducted
at gun point and was in mortal danger, just as the three witnesses
stated to law enforcement early the morning of January 2nd.
Statement
made to the media by Karen Riojas, Michelle's mother.

The
father-in-law of David Wilson
was charged with assaulting Jason Upchurch, best friend of
David Wilson's, a couple of days after Wilson's death. The
trial was postponed several times until it was finally heard
by Chief District Court Judge
Albert Corbett in the Harnett County Courthouse on October
23rd. Junior Roberts, father of Kimberly Wilson, wife of David
Wilson, was upset by something supposedly said by Mr. Upchurch's
father to the Roberts' grandchildren which led to a knife
attack against Jason Upchurch by Junior Roberts the following
morning in the driveway of Ken Roberts, the estranged son
of E.M. (Junior) Roberts.
Lillington
attorney "Matlock" Bain called for Roberts to apologize
in court to victim Jason Upchurch and after a brief
excuse and an "I'm
sorry" by Roberts, the Judge found the defendant
Not Guilty.
At
least one fellow member of the peanut gallery found the verdict
odd seeing how the defendant admitted his guilt in open court.
The generosity of the Court was however inline with that of
the ADA who said immediately afterwards, "Now that's
the way I like to see justice done." I bet.
I
guess the lesson here is that if more people apologized for
their crimes there would be a lot less people packed into
prisons across America.
Personally
I think it is one of the worst examples of justice that I
have ever seen and that the Judge should be removed from the
bench to join his fellow bench warmer Judge
James Ethridge who was removed by Corbett just last week
for stealing from a feeble minded woman. I'm sorry...

On Wednesday hunters in an isolated
area of Cedar Creek, NC came upon what appeared to be
human remains and immediately reported the discovery to authorities.
Hours later Lee County Sheriff's Office called the family
of Michelle Bullard to inform them of the find.
Michelle was abducted the early morning hours of January 2nd
as she and three friends watched a popular movie in a darkened
trailer home in Broadway.
The call from the Sheriff's Detective was a courtesy call
to inform the family of the find and to assure them that as
things developed the family would be briefed with updates.
The first update was a request for some medical records, and
answers to a couple of brief questions. No word on identification.
Nothing of certain yet.
Imagine knowing strangers are combing a spec of woods, gathering
evidence necessary to make a positive or negative identification
on your daughter that has been missing for the past 9 months.
How long could it take? How hard can the identification be?
Night comes with no new developments, no phone calls the next
day. What can a parent do?
Then the phone rings, "Hi Greg Barnes with WTVD,
Cumberland County Sheriff's Office told me that someone found
remains in Cedar Creek and they think they have found your
daughter, I 'm calling to get a confirmation..."

After
ten years of maintaining his innocence, Johnnie Beck was set
free Tuesday by Court Order. In a special hearing at the Columbus
County Courthouse two witnesses presented testimony that they
saw Daniel Norris leave the scene while carrying a gun shortly
after the shooting death of Jeff Watts. Norris testified against
Beck in Johnnie's original murder trial. Norris drove Watts
to the Whiteville Burger King in November
1995 to, as testified to by witnesses, "Kill
the Beck boys" Watts stabbed Johnnie's twin brother
in the chest 4 times before turning the knife on Johnnie and
slicing off Johnnie's thumb. Johnnie pulled a hunting rifle
from the truck he was sitting in and shot Watts. Many people
in the Whiteville community and elsewhere believe this was
justifiable homicide.
Judge
Gary Locklear felt the witnesses were credible and granted
Johnnie a new trial if he wanted. Johnnie Beck, who was due
to be released in February accepted District Attorney Rex
Gore's plea arrangement instead of pursuing a new trial. The
Judge ordered Johnnie to be released immediately.
As
of 9:47 PM Tuesday night Johnnie was still too excited to
eat and was busy opening presents his family has kept for
him for the past 10 years. He said, "I still can't get
over it, I can't believe I'm a free man, FREE AT LAST!"

MURDERER OF 7 YEAR OLD KAYLA ALLEN FREED ON BOND IN ONSLOW

Child

protest the release of Carolyn Ann Futrell.
Futrell, on trial for her life for the poisoning death of
7 year old Kayla Allen, had previously
been held without bond until recently when Judge Lanier granted
her attorneys request for a lower bond. The Judge was even
quoted as saying that if Ms. Futrell could not meet the $200,000
bond he had set that he would consider releasing her on house
arrest. This story is developing and

Murderer
released from prison early
Melanie
Gray perhaps holds the dubious record of having the most infractions
while in the North Carolina Prison system. Gray's 247 page
list of the 182 infractions, convicted of 116, have identified
Gray as a thief, a violent offender and she has committed
various sex acts while in prison for the past 8 years. At
14 she handed her boyfriend a plank of wood to kill All-American
teenager Danny Pence because she wanted the Mustang Danny
was selling. Because of her age she was allowed a plea bargin
that permitted her to plea guilty to Second Degree Murder.

Our
illustration of Curtis Dixon's attempt to fly generated
a lot of attention, so did our report of the attempt at spinning
downtown's violence into
isolated events or a need for tolerance. Crimes are committed
by criminals and there are specific environmental issues that
need to be addressed to make criminals less welcome. Why
criminals commit crimes is more about opportunity, availability
of drugs and alcohol and genetic composition than vague personal
problems. Some criminal sympathizers think that criminals
like Kenneth Saylor (shootout with
police downtown) and Curtis Dixon (brutally killed fellow
UNCW student Jessica Faulkner) behave as they do because of
psychological stressors, poverty and a lack of proper "upbringing",
they want to excuse the behavior, in order to love the sinner
but hate the sin. Sure work is needed in early childhood,
but that work needs to be less about political correctness
and more about protecting our neighborhoods and the safety
of our future by making some hard and difficult studies and
implement equally difficult solutions. Crime costs society
an estimated $54,000 per attempted or completed rape, $19,200
per robbery, and $16,000 per assault (Reiss and Roth, 1993).
These costs include the victims' monetary loss, lost productivity,
and response by law enforcement. Another cost of violence
is the cost of maintaining prisons. In 1990, it cost approximately
$15,500 to keep a person in prison (State or Federal) for
one year (Bureau of Justice Statistics, 1992b).
Many costs cannot be calculated, including pervasive fear
in communities, destruction of families, and deterioration
of resources such as parks and playgrounds. Also not included
in the estimates are costs associated with alcohol and other
drug (AOD) abuse and addiction among victims and families
trying to cope with the violence. How many crimes are committed
before the criminal is stopped? Too many. Why? Because too
many people think Curtis Dixon should be able to fly.

Illegals,
undocumented immigrants, over 300,000
strong in North Carolina alone. Some of these people here
illegally work in our hospitals and many work in the food
industry and since they are illegally here we have no idea
if they even have proper inoculations against serious communicable
diseases.
Not to
mention the threat of the criminal element that has found
safe haven across the borders. Drugs, prostitution, gang violence
and larcenies have all spiked in the statistical examinations
by the authorities. For instance
95 percent of all outstanding homicide warrants in Los
Angeles were against illegal immigrants. Two thirds of the
17,000 outstanding felony warrants in LA are for illegals.
500,000 illegals are currently in prison for serious offenses
such as rape, murder, kidnapping and other serious felonies.
Read about the serious crime wave
It is
a well known fact that chartered
busses make their way to North Carolina full of illegals
because of the ease of obtaining a driver's license here.
Shame on us for not protecting our nation against such a serious
breach in national security. Many of these licenses are used
for illegitimate activities.
US Attorney Frank Whitney recently found and arrested
50 some illegals working at the Goldsboro military airbase,
illegals have also been found and 27 of them were arrested
servicing commercial airplanes in Greensboro,
many with forged credentials, meaning the repairs done to
the aircraft being serviced, was being done by someone that
may or may not have the experience to do the job properly.
We had no idea who these people were around these airplanes
and yet I have to take off my shoes to fly.
Why is
it no one seems to care? The state of North Carolina has
one deportation agent to handle the entire state's illegal
immigrants. ONE AGENT!
We all
welcome the immigrants that found citizenship and shelter
here through proper channels. I am not too sure we are of
the mind to welcome those who have illegally lied their way
onto the short payroll lists and have left behind a long tab
at the hospitals, schools and social services agencies as
they bring new lives into our country. The UNC Hospital System
reported in 2002 34% of all births were born to Latino mothers,
24% of all infants admitted to the hospital were Latinos.
I am also not too sure that we are of the mind to turn a blind
eye to Federal Government's lack of enforcement of existing
laws protecting our Nation's security.

Some in
local law enforcement have taken up the charge to protect
our local communities by arresting illegals for trespassing.

SERIAL
RAPIST ARRESTED
The average North Carolina resident probably assumes that
local, state and federal governments are better coordinated
to fight terrorism today than they were before the Sept. 11
attacks four years ago. But the case of Gilberto Cruz
Hernandez -- illegal Mexican immigrant accused in
a series of rapes -- suggests otherwise. On his third try
at illegal immigration, the 24-year-old Hernandez hit the
jackpot in the Piedmont Triad, settling with unnerving ease
into the mundane fabric of everyday life. He landed a job
at a Greensboro printing company and earned $44,000 a year.
Last year, the same federal government that twice deported
him put its financial might behind a $123,000 Federal Housing
Administration loan that allowed him to buy a brand-new house
in Winston-Salem.
Police
now contend that Hernandez's seemingly nondescript facade
hid a night burglar, a masked man with a Spanish accent who
terrorized women in Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem
in a series of eight sexual assaults between May 2004 and
Feb. 22, 2005.
Today, Hernandez is in the Forsyth County jail awaiting trial
in Forsyth and Guilford counties. Federal immigration authorities
also have issued a detainer on him, meaning they want to deport
him again once he is either acquitted of the state charges
or is convicted and serves prison time.
