Two promising lives were destroyed in a motor vehicle accident on the night of December 28th. One died, the other was behind the wheel and survived facing serious criminal charges. Both teens. Both too young to be served alcohol. This happened in Loudoun, VA killing John Ward Lender Jr and also here in Wilmington, killing Harper Williams. It happens all the time.
